Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed loan sales targets (personal, home, auto, business loans, etc.)
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of loan sales officers/executives.
  • Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand customer reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with lending policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with credit and risk teams to streamline loan processing and approvals.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for senior management.
