Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Pitch premium residential & commercial properties across Gurgaon.
Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients.
Follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and maintain client relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
Negotiate and close deals with clients efficiently.
Maintain sales records and regular reporting to the manager.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of real estate or field sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-presented.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Must own a smartphone and have basic knowledge of Excel & CRM tools.
Two-wheeler preferred for commuting to sites.
